Our Book

CLARENCE T.C. CHING WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN DEVELOPING FORMER DAMON ESTATE LANDS INTO A PREMIER MIXED-USE AREA OF RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL PARKS.

In 2009, the Clarence T.C. Ching Foundation, through Honolulu-based Watermark Publishing, published A Prophecy Fulfilled: The Story of Clarence T.C. Ching. Authored by Lance Tominaga, the 100-page biography chronicles Mr. Ching’s life and legacy, from his early childhood and first business ventures to the Kukui Gardens project and the charitable works carried on today by his Foundation. The book, wrote reviewer Wanda Adams of the Honolulu Advertiser, “paints a picture of a man who outstripped his roots but never forgot them.”
